Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in or using the Street Art App, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Use of the service

The Street Art App is free for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, harass other users, post illegal content, or scrape data.

Published content: zero-tolerance

Photos must show street art visible from public space. The following are banned without exception: hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexual or defamatory content, content showing identifiable people without their consent, incitement to damage other people's property, and any illegal content. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy: content breaching this rule is removed and its author can be permanently suspended.

Moderation, reporting and sanctions

Every contribution is reviewed before it appears publicly. From the app you can report any artwork, artist page or user, and block a user so their content disappears from your view. Reports are handled within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the account involved can be suspended.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you publish. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them within the app and on street-artwork.com. You confirm you have the right to publish them.

Account and deletion

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete my account): deletion is permanent and cancels any active subscription.

Subscriptions

Some features are reserved for Hunter Pro (one-time payment) and Hunter Premium (monthly or yearly). Payments are handled by Stripe on street-artwork.com. A subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee zero downtime or zero errors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
